LUCENT + EMISSION created a symbolic chandelier that embodies the very essence of light for the unveiling of MIKIMOTO’s new high jewelry collection, “L’éclat,” held at the Hôtel d’Évreux in Place Vendôme, Paris.
Inspired by light being released in an instant from silence, we crafted a prism chandelier that captures the beauty of light itself, reflecting the world of “L’éclat,” which depicts a beauty imbued with inner radiance, much like a pearl. By combining three-dimensional prism elements and dramatically pulsing the light within, we created high-contrast prism shadows and reflections.
In the dazzingly bright venue, the chandelier harmonized with the delicate radiance of the jewelry, coloring the glamorous presentation space.

Inspired by the moment light is released from silence, the chandelier was designed to evoke the world of “L’éclat,” a collection that expresses a beauty imbued with an inner radiance, much like the luminous depth of a pearl. The prism chandelier captures the beauty of light itself through a composition of dimensional prism elements. By dramatically modulating the light within, it creates high-contrast shadows and reflections across the prisms.
Surrounded by dazzling light, the chandelier responds to the delicate radiance of the jewelry, adding a luminous presence to the elegant presentation space.
